Roof cost

So I got a quote from the Amish to put a new metal roof on my garage and outbuilding (8x10ish) so they are going to just lay metal over the existing roof on the garage - some of the wood fascia needs replaced and maybe a couple of really small sections of the osb. Maybe a 3x3 section. On the small building, it needs all new fascia, some of the overhang boards need replaced or pieces added next to it, and more of the osb needs replaced. Does $6200 sound about right? Plus they will be putting in a roof vent at the top to allow for airflow, which neither has right now.

Last 2 bids I got from Amish was very high, like $75 - 100 an hour per man, too high for local labor. I would recommend a second quote form non amish.

What size is the garage? Have any pictures?

Are they installing purlins or screwing the metal directly to the old roofing?
