Planting into dried manure

WI hunter

A good 3 year old buck
So I have access to a trailer load or two of dried manure. I was thinking of mowing the plot, spreading it onto the plot about an inch thick, and planting my barasicas right into the manure. Its a smaller plot, about 2000 sq feet in the woods. Does this seem like a good idea? To answer a possible question, I don't have access to a tiller to work it into the soil and was planning on doing throw n mow till I got access to this stuff. Appreciate the help.

If there is any way you could get a little disc over it before planting it would be perfect.

When you say "dried manure" is it some that's been composting? I don't see why it wouldn't work, especially if it's composted.

This stuff is like furnace dried so all the weed seeds should be burned up.

Forgot I had this picture, you can kinda see what it is like.

I think it would work fine. I would spray the plot first though so the manure doesn't just feed the weeds.
