My scions arrived yesterday, but didn't get the pear I had requested. Oh well, a guy can't complain about free apple scions :)

My understanding is the apple and pear research stations are at seperate locations. I would assme they would ship seperately? Did you get a note saying they were not sending the pear?

I didn't know that, no...they didn't send a note.

aero...I ordered sometime after Christmas and before New Year's. I got an email, but it didn't really confirm anything...just stated that I had placed an order and what it consisted of.

Ok thanks. I am still hopeful then :)

I am quite sure they ship pear and apple fom seperate facilities. I just checked my "confirmation" email and it is has "cor" by the pears and "gen" by the apples which I assume correlates to Corvallis, OR and Geneva, NY. The two locations that gave GRIN facilities.

I had put in January of 2014. But received an email saying it was to late, and asking if I wanted Sumner bud wood instead. I said no. I would wait till this spring for scions.

Nope had no clue it was coming. Other than an assumption cause stu and grey received theirs

I had similar requests, but they have not arrived, yet. I thought I asked for later delivery.

I put mine in 1-9-15 received a confirmation email but nothing saying I was too late or anything. Maybe they are still coming.

Looks like I put in the order on Feb 4th and I received this email back either the same day or next

Just to let you know the deadline for ordering dormant scion wood is Jan. 10th every season. If you would like we could send these again in Aug. as summer bud.
