New guy needs help with photo/posting

I'm a new guy. I like your site and see some familiar names as well. Iam having trouble posting pics. Everytime I try using the "upload a file" it seems to work, but thenIget some sort of "windows security message" - when Icancel the message I get an "upload error" - it's like your site is trying tochange my proxy setting onmy machine or something reallyweird. I am obviously not a computer guru so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I like postin pics and I know folks like seeing pics as well.
