Need a reminder on oil and copper.

As I recall there are articles saying neither can be sprayed if temps are getting to 30 degrees within 48 hours. Then I found article that say that only applies if you are spraying copper and the bud has broken open. What is the rule again please?

I am pretty sure you are okay so long as you are at silver tip or before and not green.
