Name of Land, What would you put on sign?

I know an "Empty pockets farm" and another similar one of the same sentiment that escapes me at the moment.

My neighbor is Rancho Costa Plenty.
We have to name things like fires, projects, etc. They usually follow a convention of open topo map, find closest place name/geographic feature; canyon, hill, peak, river, fork, whatever.

Mine is called snow hill. Named after my wife’s grandfather Jack snow.

Still working on a logo.

Before a friend named my place Deertopia.....I had considered calling it the "Poor Farm". I have a bumpy, rutty road into our place and had routed a sign for that road. You'r welcome to the name. I like the hand routed "rustic" signs.....but have not made any recently.Poor Farm Road.jpeg
