What would it be. Just one thing
No bait for me. I believe it would save more bucks than moving rifle season back

You bring up a good point. “Laws without enforcement are just good advice”. But I’m playing pretend world anyway, baiting here will never get outlawedGood thought, but how would you enforce it. There's no baiting in the county where I live and hunt, but people do it anyway.
No party hunting/cross tagging
MN-end party hunting, especially for bucks. If it is good enough to shoot, you keep it or donate to a food program. Greatly abused. If you are too lazy to get out of deer camp, hope someone gives you their deer. Don't deputize someone else.Drones must not fly over anyone else's property. Fine of $50,000 per offense.
Honest question…you are king of Kentucky, that’s the one thing you would change? Saves you a couple hundred bucks but doesn’t impact your hunting one iotaIf you are a landowner of a piece of America, you pay the same price as any other landowner to hunt on the piece of land you own.
No, it would be to ban baiting, but it's just something I'm mad about currently.Honest question…you are king of Kentucky, that’s the one thing you would change? Saves you a couple hundred bucks but doesn’t impact your hunting one iota
Amen. Me tooNo, it would be to ban baiting, but it's just something I'm mad about currently.
Easy easy. No baiting or supplement feeding. What would it be. Just one thing

It does aggravate me about the fees though. 500 dollars for each for my wife myself, and kid gets a little much. We end up just buying one tag and watch the others shoot.Amen. Me too
As it should. I’ve said it before, I know I pay more in property taxes on 650 acres than a full city block in the closest town to me and use almost no resources. Yet I still get to pay an inflated (and rising if you haven’t heard) out of state license. It does aggravate me about the fees though. 500 dollars for each for my wife myself, and kid gets a little much. Would help land values in MS, that’s for sure! ;)In Louisiana, I'd change it to a one buck limit. I love that regulation above any other by a long shot.
You guys had squirrel hunting competitions? This go could many ways in NY.....
They banned hunting competitions, like coyote and squirrel hunting. I like that ot come back. Wondering if fishing derbys are next.
OVerall, we got a long season to do what we do.
I don't think you have to kill 2 to make a difference. Having 2 buck tags in your pocket allows you to satisfy the itch with killing a less than spectacular buck (young one) while saving the other tag for a monster. Only one buck dies, but with only 1 tag it wouldn't have been the young up-n-comer.My first preference would be to ban baiting - but that is unenforceable. Next best thing would be to limit buck harvest - not sure the best way to do that - could change limit from two to one, but not that many folks actually kill two. THe best thing - probably - reduce buck harvest by cutting the first two weeks off season and making season from day after thanksgiving to the end of the second weekend
