Bikini Atol is a good spot for people like that (all of them). Just drop them off. No prisons, no tools, no shelter. Just let nature sort it out. (the radiation has gone down from what I've heard)

Juvenile Court......what a bunch of BS. Kid should be tried as an adult and sent to big boy prison where ALL the other inmates can be told what he did. Maybe Bubba and his homies could kick him around a few times and treat him like he treated the little girl. Daily.

I can't find the right words to describe a piece of $--t like that. I agree with Jim Timber 100%. For slime like this guy and all the other big, tough, hoods and gang-bangers ....... we need penal colonies just like the old days. Take 'em to an island , drop them off - with nothing - and say " O.K. all you tough S.O.B.'s - fend for yourself. We'll see how tough you are. " And then .......... just sail away.
