HoneyCrisp Premier

I just got Adams County nursery's new catalog in the mail and noticed they have a new variety of Honeycrisp that they call HoneyCrisp Premier, matures a full 21 days ahead of regular Honeycrisp. They have second generation trees from the parent and the tendencies seem to be pretty consistent in that it matures a full 21 days ahead of regular honeycrisp.

I know honeycrisp is known as being a bit of a high maintenance apple, and most people on here growing apples for deer are looking for later maturing rather than early, but I know a bunch of you yahoos are just way into different apples so i thought i'd throw this out there.

Cheers

Anything besides maturity date that sets it apart.

I just got mine too, Ed. A number of apples I've never heard of are in there. Gotta read up.
