Dolgo rootstock versus B118?

Does anyone have a comparison or experience with both of them on the same soils?

Only in that I have seedling Dolgos and some grafts on B118. Between those two the Dolgos are more vigorous. I am going to graft a few onto Dolgo rootstock this next year and then I will have a better comparison for you.
