all have been updated to 3.2.0, 9.2.0.
the cell reception on the cell home detail shows 243 connections, 99% cell reception
used a g series home unit for years, with verizon cell service, no issues quite like this. Bought the new L series home unit this summer, and went with verizon hookup since it seemed good enough with the original unit. how can I tell which carrier has better reception, if reception is an issue?

you an switch back and forth from Verizon to ATT in device details , edit and then you will see the box to mark for attt or Verizon, it sounds like its something else in this instance though, if you are 99%
