concerning the "detailed reports" on the app...
I have 10 cameras, system set to send pics every hour. Sometimes the cell transfer happens, sometimes not, for like maybe half a day. It seems that things catch up overnight, but, have a situation recently where the system locked up, no pics. Had to go out, shut down every unit, cleared the queue's, bring everything back up, and the system did resort to normal.
I look at the detailed reports app, and on the cell unit info, the traffic will reflect as "overloaded". it says this even tho all other reports on the cams show nothing, -0-, in queue. It will also say light traffic, even though I may have 10-20 pics in the queue on the cell unit. What exactly does overloaded signify?
I was also wondering if my cell service was strong enough to handle the cell transaction. My report says 99% cell reception, which I'm assuming is good, and feel like I can rule this out as the root cause of issues.
Could interference from another nearby system cause this issue? have the channel set to 7-21.
