unfortunately , we need to get you on 9.2 as it likely will fix what you re experiencingNo reports. I forget the update number……maybe 9:1. I got the card from vuddeback to do the updates in August.

correct , 9.2 on G, K and J and 3.2 on L - but both can be loaded on the same card to update allCorrect me if I am wrong John, but don’t the L series require 3.2 and not 9.2?

I did not know there was another update after I got the card from Cudde. Dang.....I wish I had just left them be. I dont have time to fool around with updates if I gotta do more. Grrrr. Now I dont have pics.unfortunately , we need to get you on 9.2 as it likely will fix what you re experiencing
Overall I’m very happy with the new firmware capabilities. But the 3.0/9.0, 3.1/9.1, 3.2/9.2 manual upgrades have been frustrating with the farm 800 miles from my residence. And the 3.2/9.2 update last weekend did not go seamlessly. For some reason 4 L cameras got stuck saying they were on a Beta firmware (00 00 51, or something like that), even though they were updated with the same 3.2/9.2 SD card I used on all 48 cameras. I finally pulled the 4 cameras from the field and took them back to the shop for more tries. Not sure if it was the time delay between tries or just the sheer number of tries, but finally got the final 4 updated and redeployed. Not one of those 4 cameras, but another L camera I updated has not made contact since the upgrade. Can be frustrating at times, especially this close to hunting seasons, but keep the advancing capabilities coming Cuddelink!!!I did not know there was another update after I got the card from Cudde. The last pics I have are from 9/14 when I "upgraded" with the new chip from Cudde.

Also, please get the IOS app and the web browser viewers working the same, combining the best features of each into both versions. The app on my iPad is best for looking at images and marking favorites. But I miss the ability to categorize images that only seems available on the web viewer.
Thanks so much, Steve.
same. like westfork above, had some minor glitches intitially, but they all straightened out after about a week. update em and roll onUntil John replies…. I have 2 home G’s that I upgraded to 3.2/9.2 last week and they seem to be working well with a mix of G, J, and new L cams. Except one L cam on each system that seems to need some more attention.
I picked up a strobe and zoom recently about the same time as the 3.0 was released. They both had beta FW and the update process is a little different. I cannot explain it other than I had to cycle the power once after start up and it gives a load FW option.John- I’ve been running some g series cameras behind the house with an old home unit (no camera) in the house. I have a couple new L strobes coming now. Guessing that I need to update software on everything to get the new cameras to work on my system? No side effects or features that I may lose if I update this older home camera system, correct? Thanks!
L will work out of the box with G on 8.3 - you wont need to update to get them to connect if that is what they are onJohn- I’ve been running some g series cameras behind the house with an old home unit (no camera) in the house. They did not need to do this to their customers. Cudde took a good thing and made it into a nightmare for me. Evidently they rushed this to market and it is a disaster....at least for me. Sadly they "gave" the cards to many and made others "like me" pay for them. Not sure what to think. Tech products are difficult for sure.....and many of Cudde's customers are not 100% tech savvy (like me). What I am puzzled about is how this seems to be a hit and miss problem. I installed the 3.1 on all my cameras and have had no issues since doing so. Lord knows with all the troubles many of you seem to be having I am not updating anything further, knock on wood, unless forced to. I agree this was a terrible time of year to be introducing a new firmware that may not have been tested thoroughly enough prior to release.
