Anyone else hear that 2025, saw the largest drop in the US murder rate since 1900??? Fake news reports a 21% drop from 2024 to 2025. I have definitely noticed reduced murders in MN. We have also had a large drop in Somalian car jackings in MN. For years the Twin Cities metro area was turned into a game of grand theft auto by the Kia Boyz. The presence of ICE is making a massive dent in violent crime in MN.

No, but it should be our goal to be respected by them, which requires behaving in a respectable manner. Threatening an ally with invasion and occupation of their land is not a respectable thing to do. That's exactly what Putin does. And that's why civilized people generally don't respect Putin.




Nobody here said boo until Trump started talking about taking Greenland from Denmark. Most people here don't really care about politics, but Trump's threats against Danish territory really pissed off a lot of people, and rightly so. If Americans find it unacceptable for Putin to annex parts of Ukraine and for Xi to annex Taiwan, why should the American president be held to a different standard? Is that so hard to understand?

Did you read the part of your story where ICE was looking for 2 sex offenders who lived at his house? Did they get the wrong guy? It looks like it, but I'll give the cops the benefit of the doubt over the guy living with 2 sex offenders.

The 2 suspects used to live there. They had the right house. This guy was being uncooperative and wouldn’t provide ID to prove he wasn’t one of the guys they were looking for. So they took him out to the car and checked who he was. Once they realized the suspects weren’t there, he went back into the house.

Not much in the News on this....but it sounds like Alberta is serious about divorcing itself from Canada. Could happen this year. Not sure if they want to be a US state or simply remain independent......but it looks like it could happen. Anyone with good intel on this?

If Walz, Ellingson, Omar, Moriarity, and Frie are not taken into custody soon.....something is wrong in Denmark. I want to see them in orange. Unless we prosecute some folks......this chit will never end.

I don't see how there can be any lawsuit if a guy is harboring perverts and he is mistakenly as one if they look the same. I'm sure mistakes happen, but these officers are trying to arrest people who break the law. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt every time.

You could be right, I don't know. Each side has their own story, and it's hard to know the truth. I'll reserve judgement until I have more facts. I do hope justice is served to the letter of the law.

If that's true then he got off light. Can't they charge him with obstruction of justice?
