Conspiracy theorys, where do you stand?

No, there's two or three of them still here

Right, all us folks who voted for Trump have TDS.

Disagree. Pretty clear to me our government is owned by Oligarchs, corporations, and "globalist banking". Just a little digging into epstein beyond worrying about if members of one's tribe diddled minors sees it quickly.

I agree a lot with this to a degree. Say there wasn't the rampant tribalism bullshit where we're being manipulated to hate each other, where are the uncompromised options in primaries that stay uncompromised? Why dont they show up and win?
I don't consider oligarchs and corporations as deep state. Maybe I am wrong on that, but this is a conspiracy because they can't be outright proven so I am sticking to it until more comes out. I think of deep state stuff as a few individuals that are pulling strings behind the curtain that span across decades. There have always been oligarchs and corporations exercising their influence, but they have generally stayed in their lane. Extremely wealthy people like the Koch brothers, Ted Turner, Bill Gates, etc. have been relatively consistent with their political backings, oftentimes at direct odds with one another and at great cost. Corporations have too much executive turnover to be effective at controlling things behind the curtain for very long, even though they do generally get their way because they stay mostly apolitical and avoid pissing off whichever party the pendulum has swung towards (e.g. Target).

The reason why I consider the deep state stuff a red herring is because it like a lot of conspiracies becomes this convenient scape goat for people to place blame when their team gets caught with their hand in the cookie jar. "This political leader wasn't really part of the party, or they were manipulated by the deep state." It allows people to have an enemy to point towards instead of accepting the fact that scumbags are found in all tribes and parties. You don't even have to go that far to call them scumbags - they could have had good intentions and were just incompetent. When people throw their hands up in the air and act like they are powerless against this shady all-powerful group, it ends up meaning nothing really changes.

It still takes money to win elections. Even a wealthy outsider like Trump took corporate donations. It is the political infighting and purity tests that keep uncompromised people from getting moved up on the stage. Every political candidate begins by rallying support with their political base only for them to shift back to moderate positions before elections. There is some survivor bias that happens with candidates that are willing to shift their positions to be more palatable by a slightly larger number of voters. People who stay true to their beliefs and do not compromise do not tend to last long because of our two party system and the game they play.

Bs. Not everyone is lead by the nose by party leaders. Some of us look at the whole picture and make our decisions
The "we" I used was about us as a society and as a species. With that said, everyone has biases. If you think you don't you should go read up on the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

You are correct, I have biases just like everyone else. I just choose to follow my own and not the biases the media/politicians tell me
