That money moves to Chinese business people in the US to reimburse the Chinese chemical companies that supplied precursors to the Mexican cartels and the money gets laundered back into the US, China and Mexico. They use the. Ones to buy luxury cars that can’t be sold in China and put them in shipping containers to ship back to China. The money moves around the world electronically and it’s a bitch to track.
