I think that is the moral dilemma I have with immigration from some states and other countries. We aren't getting the best of their best. The MAJORITY are NOT leaving California or their home country to come make the USA better. The majority are just looking to spread their beliefs or lack of sensible ones, or to get an easy free ride. If they were great people they would stay put and become the force to make their country or state better. Not opposed to immigration that is going to benefit our country.
