The stone in the last pic is a gorget, fantastic artifact!Some more arrowheads. I'm not sure where they collected these.....from friends,colleagues...don't know. My dad said something about being involved with the minnesota archeological society??? We could never get a real story out of him. The last pic says "July 20th 1895" and its a rock, really smooth with a hole in it....don't know what it was used for...![]()

Ill get a picture of it. I also have an elk rack at home that my great uncle found in a dried up slough in Central Minnesota in the 1950s. Its petrified and weighs a ton but still in great shape after all those years. Its a big massive bull. Who knows how long it was in that pond? 75? 100 years?
