That looks awesome. I'd have no leftovers beyond lunch tomorrow.

Decided to make fried pork chops again last night since the wife really liked them. Thanks to Bill for his input and I did 1/2 in french fried onions and the rest in a 50/50 mix of ritz and saltines. Both were rather edible.

Venison loin stuffed with portabella mushrooms, cranberries and stove top stuffing mix. Finished with roasted potatoes and carrots. Fingers crossed, kind of winging it. Thought I'd read about this someplace, maybe here not sure.

Edit: turned out good. Cooked at 375 for 50 min. Should of pulled it at 40min. Wish I would of had cream cheese to add in the spread.

Did a butt, some kielbasa and red beans & rice for supper. Stacey made coleslaw mac & cheese and baked beans. I took the picture before I plated the slaw.

Looks awesome.
What temp and time for the potatoes?
Just getting around to using the new air fryer for different stuff. So far so good.

You will have to play with it. It varies based on how many you cook at once and how big they are. I usually do 5-6 each time and it takes 30-33 mins on 380. I love them.

What kind of air fryer are you guys using? My buddy just got one and loves it. He's a guy who grills outside almost every night of the year, so for him to add a new method is telling. His is a Ninja I think.

We use our airfryer lots. Fish, shrimp, french fries, reheat pizza. We have 2-3. One in FL one at the lake, one at home. A couple different brands, they all work the same, just get a big one. We like the 7qt.

2 venison brats, (12 pack bush lite- carb replacement for the bun ya know) and tried my hand at some air fried zucchini chips with Louisiana red fish rub for dinner.

Gotta say they weren't summer fresh but dang they were good, ready for a change in the seasons.20210219_194043.jpg

We bought the COSORI a month or so ago just to try one out. They are a nice alternative, easy to use and clean while cutting cooking time in half.
After using ours a few times I think one would also be a really good option for a college student that enjoys cooking for themselves.

I don’t really think the brand is important I would get the biggest capacity you can if you have kids ours is a Phillips. We have 4 small boys and find myself having to use 2-3 loads to cook everything if using it for multiple items.
