Is this a bear or just a dog or...?

I think I see a long tail on it before it goes out of view but could be a leg pushing out.
SE WI where I haven't heard of any bear sightings but anything is possible.

Yeah that's what made me think small bear at first. Hopefully it lost some weight running around.
