All have good hunting in spots. I think Daviess County still holds the state record buck. But that has been a few years ago, so I can't say for sure.
We lease out the Gentry farm to a guy from MN that had missed 3 huge bucks last year with a bow. One he said was pushing the 180 mark. He had a one year lease last year, has now locked in the hunting rights for the next 5 years. We leased out the Daviess farm to a guy from Georgia and his 3 kids. His first day in the rifle stand last year, he killed a 170" buck. He now has locked in for 3 more years. If those 2 farms were not so far from my house in Missouri, I would still be hunting them. I have plenty of land where the house is, so it is all good. Very happy these guy are having some success.
I met a guy several months ago that hunts somewhere in MO. They started on public land. Met some local farmer guy. Hunted his land. And now they stay in a farm house on another property of his for next to nothing.
