Uhh, we do it all the time in Countries throuought that region. Every President. In 2005 we along with Israel actually did a cyber attack on the Iranian Nuclear sites. In 2020 we sent drones that fired missiles-into Iran and killed Qassem Soleimani one of their military leaders.

How about shooting numbers of missiles at our ships? What about flying airplanes into the World Trade Center? How about aiming another at the Pentagon? How about the White House? Remember 9-11? Numerous kidnappings? What about driving ships into our air-craft carriers? How about beheading numerous people on your media and letting the blood run into the sea? .....and this is only a sample of the things these barbarians have done. Those are not acts of war? What does it take to get thru to you?

Maybe Iran is still pissed at the U.S. for screwing with their government in the 50's. Remember how we changed their government for the "better" back then?

I got two trips to the area, paid for with your tax dollars, because of our fine work with changing their government for the "better"

I’m a hawk. And right now I am praying for all of our servicemen and women in the region and all over the world. May God watch over each of them.

I think it had to be done. This opportunity has not presented itself and the Israelis set the free world up for success with everything they have done to weaken Iran and their proxies like Hamas and Lebanese Hezbollah. They have done one hell of a good job.

The ‘79 hostages finally avenged too.

This still has potential for unintended consequences though. And smarter people than Trump and Hegseth have been dragged into conflicts that they didn’t think they would.

Irans official policy is that if they can’t sell oil no one in the region will. Mine the strait of Hormuz, attack some tankers maybe. Fling some missiles at our warships? Maybe. Better be ready for what happens next and now they know we are serious.

I gotta admit that I like this. I like it that every one of the twerp countries that bought Russian air defenses knows we own their asses. I like it that the Chinese got notice that we still care about allies. I lke it that the Chinese have to be wondering if their air defenses are any better than the Russian junk. I like it that China has to wonder if they can still buy discount oil from Iran.

Nobody knows how it will turn out but something is happening after decades of these mullas causing problems. Good defeated evil today.

It’s not like Iran is just an inniocent bystander you know. You know ,Death to America and all that along with sponsored terrorism and enriching uranium to fulfill the death to America promise. Those bunker bombs weren’t aimed at any people right? Specific target, specific goal. The World doesn’t want Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Who’s going to do it? The U.S.has to do it. If anybody doubts that the World doesn’t want Iran to have nukes just look at who they got for friends. Nobody.

And we probably have not truly prevented Iran from a nuke- I’m guessing they have been moving enriched uranium to other sites. We don’t know how many centrifuges they might have.

I just don’t know. And the Iranian people haven’t shown signs of rising up against the mullas. After all, Syria is still a question mark.

It’s all so complicated. Those pricks have been asking for it for so long. Hope this isn’t a feel good moment we regret. I’m hoping this turns out. Can’t help enjoying the moment a little.

I’ll agree with you there. I’m thinking they’ve smartened up on that and hope that the regime will fall and a new Government will come from within. We’ll have to see how much enthusiasm gets built up from the people.

Iran has been weeks away from getting a nuke for 35 years. Having not seen any actual news coverage on this, I’d be on edge now for Israel to bomb one of our aircraft carriers or shoot down a bomber and blame it on Iran.

Every war starts with us attacking ourselves. Fort Sumter, 9/11, gulf of Tonkin, Pearl Harbor, USS Liberty, Sadam going into Kuwait, Hamas on 10/7, all had greasy fingerprints of us or our allies facilitating those attacks on us or our allies as manufactured pretext for war.

80+ % or more Americans want no part of these sandbox adventures anymore. That means something really awful is going to need to happen to us to get the tv watchers to fall in line and put our soldiers in harms way to fight another useless war Israel started. This will also sink trump for good with his base.

I’m critical of a lot of trumps decisions but I have to applaud him for this. We seized on a no brainer of opportunity to set their nuclear program and pride back decades. Whether Iran could make nukes next week or 3 years is irrelevant. It was soon. Not now

At this point we don’t know what really was accomplished. I suspect the only ones with the most accurate assessments of damage other than Iranian sources is the Mossad.

One news report during the last few days ,said that China sent planes to Iran and they wondered if the planes were to fly people out of Iran.

I wonder what equipment they flew INTO Iran.

Time will tell. Days, weeks, years.

Time to just pray and to realize these wars have gone on for thousands of years.

Everything is temporary until the Lord acts. Then things will change.
