Warm Weather Kills

With the above average temps I was wondering what everyone considers a safe temp for hanging your deer. Myself it's currently hanging in the garage with 3 bags of ice in the chest cavity. If it were below 45 I wouldn't worry about the ice. Ideally it would hang for a week just above freezing.

That's about the temp I use also, usually not a problem here this time of year but the buck son shot yesterday is skinned and quartered and in the fridge.

Out of the sun and only for a few hours at the warmest part of the day I'll go 50. As long as it gets fairly cold at night.
