Vine like plant id

I found some of this growing inside the hairy vetch section of my field it's got two opposing leaves reddish stem and the one photo you could see what I think are its flower or fruit

I answered my own question it is not a Vine it is dogbane

flower pic is so blury, but looks to be a PA smartweed.
