That’s a fact!! I did cut the tree up and replace the blind this week.

Oh also I failed to mention this was a couple hundred yards downstream from where it was in the field.

Bought some ol man ladder stands just outta college. This 1 got hit by lightning. Kids like posing by it when we shed hunt past it once a year. Probably should reclaim some components. Bowkilled 1 nice buck there and couldn't get a shot on a real nice one.

I probably should! Been leaving that area as a sanctuary lately. It's over a hillside and just easy to mess up there. But who knows, maybe I'd be ahead by still trying.

Once or twice a season when all the stars align is when I like to go in those spots. Or a crummy weather day where you can get away with more.

So I was bumbling around in my driveway today waiting for someone to show up, when I kicked something in the oak leaves on the edge of my driveway. "What the heck is that, a ball? Where'd that come from?" That's when I realized it was a turnip. I forgot all about them.

So how big of a mistake would it be to let these purple top turnips go to seed? Will my neighbor's lawn and flower bed be over run with turnips?

Did they not have the blind anchored into the ground? It would definitely suck to lose a nice blind like that.
