That's crazy. I used 2 earth anchors with steel cable plus a steel rebar on each leg on my Redneck Stand. It survived a tornado that took down nearby 150 year old oak trees, so that's the combination I will use for all future blinds!
Hopefully you can find any earth anchors or rebar they buried in the ground of your field. It would not be good to find those with your tractor!

Good question. I have to think something took it out. And the water was historically high so it actually floated across the field, I could see the drag marks from the platform, and reconnected with the creek about 200 yards away. The problem is now it’s a piece of trash sitting in the creek. I’d have to cut trees down to drag it out of the creek and even then now I’m stuck with trash I have to find a way to get rid of on land
Found a den of baby red fox out behind my place this morning. Managed to slowly sneak up on them as they were playing. Got within about 5yds. I know they're nest raiders, but the little SOB's are cute.
Was looking in FB Marketplace and saw this New replacement tractor cab for an M Series Kubota Tractor. I was amazed at how complete these are. Looks like it has heat, AC and all the controls. Wow. I know several guys here have an M series. Seems like a deal to me.
