A gravity wave formed over Wichita and continued through St. Louis on Wednesday and we're not talking about the gravitational waves caused by black holes colliding in space.

Is that in reference to Rep. Hank Johnson (Democrat from Atlanta Georgia) saying out loud in a public hearing in 2010 he was "concerned about Guam getting too populated and capsizing/tipping over?"

For context Rep Johnson is still holding his seat today... for some reason. He later played it off as a joke but if you listen to him say it, it wasn't pitched as a joke.
