The story I read from one of the news "agencies" says it took them 3 days actually. 1st FEMA told them that, then The Army Corp of Engineers said the same............ the workers said never mind by the time you get the paperwork filed we will have a driveable road in place.

Par for the course! If want something done you have to do it yourself. I don't know what you do if want it done right though.
