My wife and I inherited her dads GSP when he passed away a couple of weeks ago and wondered how he would get along with our spoiled pound puppy princess that we rescued, they have only had one disagreement so far and I think as long as we don’t feed them together them are going to be fine. Luckily they are both about the same age at 9.5 so neither are too spunky. The GSP was considerably overweight and could barely make it 1/2 mile on a walk in the beginning but is able to do 1 mile twice a day now and is looking much better!!
