Anybody use one of those standup freezers that can double as a refrigerator? Thinking of buying one. I have a standup freezer in the basement that is old, but working ok. Right next to it is a basement fridge. I has trouble keeping the freezer that cold. IT might be because the fridge is mostly empty.
Was thinking of trying one as a fridge, then getting another as a freezer later. Maybe drill a hole in the top and put a meat hook on it. Hang quarters. got one in my fridge like that, but mainly put meat on trays.
