Plotmaster - $4000 ???

Do these things really go for this much money? I've got just under $3000 in my Ford tractor, bush hog, 2 bottom plow, 8 ft disk, PTO spreader, post hole digger, rear blade, and boom pole. I'm on the lookout for a 2 row planter and I should still be under $4k with pretty much everything I'll ever need.

I've never used one, but they strike me as a single implement to disappoint you in every aspect of your planting techniques.

That's way out of line. I doubt it would work very well & it may also explain the 12 hours of use.

I have used one. It is not a one pass implement by any means...... Way overrated for what they can do unless you have a semi prepared seed bed.

tilling and broadcasting will give the same results.

The 3pt model maybe worth something but no way the ATV model is worth 4k.
