Planted a Keiffer pear from Lowe's spring of 2016. Last year it didn't put on any new growth but I figured that was normal being it's first year in the ground. I lightly pruned this winter for shape and expected it to really take off this year. It leafed out this spring with lots of deep green healthy looking leaves and even a few blossoms. However, still no new growth except for a sprout below the graft that I trimmed off. Closer inspection and there seems to be an issue with the bark, all the branches look like this, black spots and have a wavy appearance. Any ideas?
