Oaks in Pots - Long Term

We are planning to build a cabin on our hunting property in the next few years. I have some nice hybrid oaks that I'd like to baby along and eventually plant around the cabin. I've never used rootmaker pots, but I assume that would be the way to go. Any suggestions for sizes or how to go about it?
