I don't disagree he's not been great in the post season but please don't lump him in with kirk cousins...lol
i watched a qb show that had cousins, mariotta, and mahomes in it. behind the scenes stuff, shows who they are personally, and how much of their life they have invested in the game.
Came away with a new respect for Cousins, you could tell he was all in, great guy personally, and trying his dog ass off. Unfortunately, he's never going to get there. I also literally hated Mahomes, sounds shallow, but I simply don't like his look. That dude works his ass off non-stop, too, so I had to stop hating and start appreciating.
Bill, I gotta put Montana in my top 3. There's some qb's, like Mahomes, who stumbles, bumbles, snot flying, and pulls off the great throw or run.
Montana made the great throw or run, but he made it look easy, like he had some class. The stats between the 2 may be the same, but jedi status qb does is with class. MJ is a great example of this.
Montana, great as he was, couldn't hold a candle to Marinos arm or quick release, but, total package indeed does go to Montana imo

Darnold sliced em up ? You didn’t watch the game . He had a rough afternoon. 148 yds, 0 TD, sacked 4 times & a fumble . Got beat up , was in the tent for awhile .

Yep, Flores defense is pretty good, only thing keeping KOC employed right now, tbh. I honestly think Kwesi is the main problem but when they fire him I doubt a new GM wants to keep a middling coach who picked wrong on QB's twice.
If they run it back next year and Flores happens to leave this off-season they're at most a 4 win team in 2026.

KOC is a good coach, the decision on the QB is total hindsight 20/20 . I think the GM will be replaced .
Nobody knows how the Vikings will recover, as a Packer fan you are sure gloating… but we beat you twice last year and I didn’t act like a “expert ” & rub it in!
You might suck or be average next yr… no one knows for sure ? Look at the Wisconsin Badgers normally a strong program—Gophers beat you, you are having a bad year… it happens !

Every year is different for sure. Only reason I'm saying anything is because a few months ago you were sure that KOC was the #1 coach and he could do not wrong in your mind.
Yeah, Vikes beat the packers twice last year and so did everyone else but the Packers still won 11 games and played the Eagles tougher than anyone else did in the playoffs. Youngest team in the league for three straight years, their arrow is pointing up. They made a move for one of the games premier defensive players and it's helped tremendously. All that aside its mostly just friendly banter and no reason for you or Bill to get upset about anything. Whenever the tides turn again, and they will, I'll gladly take my lumps.
