Neighbor's dog constantly your property.

gut piles and random carcasses on your side of the fence will likely get your neighbor to keep his dogs on a leash. The loose dog will likely eat his fill of rotten meat, then roll in it for a while before he comes back.

The neighbor dog that was the start of this thread was spotted a couple times on cam during archery season. I have not seen or heard her for quite a while now. Usually she was quite vocal in her outdoor run so it makes me wonder if she's gone or if my neighbor just has her somewhere else for now. This neighbor's house burned down last fall (was a very nice house) and I thought he was still living in a camper on site but not sure.

I’ve never heard of burning the neighbors house down to solve a dog problem I applaud your originality.
I thought the same thing when I read that!

Haha! Worse, I think his ex wife who was there for their sons wedding did it on accident via cigarette..

Ive just picked up a couple new tools.

Check his property taxes online...if he owes back taxes contact the assessor and say youre interested in buying with cash. IN OH they have a land bank....not sure if that exists by you but essentially at 35% the assessed value in back taxes the state takes the property if they want.

My neighbors horses that got out and look malnourished so i let the aspca know.

As much as I hate this one....report them to the govnt for any scamming. IRS, workers comp, etc. Again.....go to your county records website and arm yourself. I would be vehemently against this for recreational or unjustified BS.....but there is a point of where the doormat needs to be rolled up and used to beat the stupidity out of someone who lacks respect.

Get some sacrificial chickens, hang a cam and sue for destruction of property and endangerment. Once the law is forced to get involved it becomes a slippery slope for repeat offenders.

Last option....but perhaps a better one....if youre a person of faith, pray for wisdom and strength to get past this. While this may be a lesson for some reason
