.88% of wages in Minnesota soon will go into a pot to pay out to other employees who choose not to work for one of a million reasons. Employers can't say no for most reasons, so it will be a goat rodeo. A goat rodeo that gives employees with attendance issues some paid time off that is paid for by the employees who show up and work.

I'm a little bit skeptical more than 9 billion has been defrauded, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this investigation plays out.

This is bad enough, state officials need to be arrested for criminal negligence. Half of medicaid is federal dollars, and that alone should blow it wide open. The FBI needs to get in there and make sure this investigation gets shut down and the grift continues.

Honestly this is so bad, the whole safety net needs to be suspended until they can get it under control, because this isn't helping anyone, taxpayers or tax receivers. If half the money is being stolen, that means the people relying on those services are dealing with only half the resources they could be receiving to get some actual care. And if you're wondering who those people are, they're the elderly in medicaid nursing homes, kids, and the working poor. State nursing homes are no paradise, and our elderly deserve better.

Will the corruption be a game changer for the next election or like Cali and a few other states a reason for the people in favor of the corruption to dbl. down for more?
