Jungle plot

Decided to do a couple of acres in egyptian wheat, milo, iron and clay cowpeas and throw some sunflowers around the edge for good measure. I know it's early but I'm tempted to try and disc up some ground and throw the seed this weekend. What are my odds of not freezing anything out here in central minnesota in mid April?

Looks like I wasn't paying attention and posted in the wrong spot. Should in food plots probably.

Interesting question given the winter we have had and early spring. I would worry about colder temps at night keeping ground cool and low temp inhibiting germination. Look at you long term forecast for what temps look like.

Yeah, I decided to give another couple of weeks just to be safe. See if I can make it that long. Planting now would almost guarantee that we get another blizzard.
