this is a c23 with the black flash module in it, i am having an issue trying to get video posted, any tips let me know

Pulled a card On my last and only 2 year old cuddiecrap, and every single night pic is completely black. The day pics looked great, on a positive note.
I've had that companies cams going back to the 90s when they were nontypicial, they lost my faith in them real quick.

if its an attack its possible the magnet on the ir filter came off and if so that is an easy fix for them to do- give them a call.
