How Long To Wait?

Long story short. Brother shot a deer Friday night. We looked that night but nothing. Looked all over the forest Sat morning till noon. We decided he hit really low and the deer is likely alive. My question is how long do you think my stand will be cold? Sat yesterday evening and didn't see shit. I think our marching through the woods has thrown things off for a bit. How long should I wait to sit in this stand again?

Deer are really active right now so I want to go back, but don't want to put too much pressure on the area. Btw, stand options are extremely limited currently.

That's what I thought, but we go from seeing 4-5 bucks Fri evening to 0 Sat evening. Never know I suppose.

if your seeing strong rutting activity get back to it - if your seeing normal activity patterns give it at least a few days.
