But he might dump it for 50. Even so, it would have stimulated some!
Big 3 parcel auction happened a ways away here recently. Think the parcels went in 8K range (hunting land with a little income). Pretty sure another realtor office bought it.
It's pretty common now for listings, especially ones targeted for hunting to include those.Don't look at properties much, but never seen game camera pics on a listing before.
Wonder if they're really from that parcel. Good marketing ploy
I think 99% of properties listed these days that are bigger than 5 acres have trail cam pics
Yes, and a lot of them don't seem all that impressive to me..
I also wonder if the pics are actually from the advertised property, it is one way a property can be misrepresented like a used car.I think 99% of properties listed these days that are bigger than 5 acres have trail cam pics
I recognize the stand in one of the photos. It would be pretty easy to verify if a potential buyer went out there soon. One of the photos was from yesterday when it was listed, and the rice bran piles should be left.I also wonder if the pics are actually from the advertised property, it is one way a property can be misrepresented like a used car.

Saying the buck pics are legitimate. Deer season in LA already been open for a couple months and those bucks are still alive. Do you have equivalent sized bucks on your ground in KY?I recognize the stand in one of the photos. It would be pretty easy to verify if a potential buyer went out there soon. And I’m right there laboring with you all the way to keep it going.Could that be because most of us are working our asses off to have bucks like you have?![]()
Yeah, that had me second guessing my decision not to buy it last year. I didn't really think bucks could get the age on them like that on that parcel the way Louisiana is and the way it's surrounded by fields and a road. I had one or two equivalent in Kentucky this year, but it was sporadic except for season opening and a couple days during peak seeking. I have a plan to combat that this year though.Saying the buck pics are legitimate. Deer season in LA already been open for a couple months and those bucks are still alive. It would worry me being an island of woods in an ocean of fields.
