Green Cover Seed Store

SD51555

5 year old buck +
I've been watching this site for a while trying to figure out a way to get ahold of some small quantities of hard to source seed. Looks like they've revamped their system to sell as little as a pound of any pure plot seed you could ever imagine. This is a breath of fresh air. Beats the hell out of 50lb bag minimums and $38 shipping when you are only looking for 3 or 4 lbs. I'd like to give these guys a try next year for some test plotting.

Great link SD! I have looked at their site many times as well and they always seemed like they had decent enough prices, but as you said full bags was a bit much. They have some unique seed that can be hard to find other places. The Impact Forage Collards sound very interesting and might be worth a try.

Pure Plot Seed? Hardly

Looks like all coated seed in their Brassica List. Not that coated seed is bad, but you only get around only 50% pure seed in a bag at times. The coatings are cheap way to make seed look cheap, when they are actually very expensive. Just a heads up!

Yeah, I got the word wrong. Instead of pure, I meant individual/un-mixed varieties.

I understand, but many would not have.

Try and buy seed with inoculate on it alone. You will get seed in the bag at above 99% pure!
