Great portable blind idea

My kid's new 400 Legend came with muzzle break on a short barrel. He has orders to wear his muffs while hunting from any type of a blind.

I’d replace the muzzle break on that with a thread protector if it’s a dedicated hunting gun I’d be rather surprised if it wasn’t 400 legend doesn’t come to mind as a plinker

TC Contender in 7x30 waters....

THE worst IMO, and nothing to do with the comp. My dad has one, bare muzzle. It's the most obnoxious one I've ever fired.
And I have Contenders in much bigger cases, with shorter barrels with brakes on them. Something to do with the pitch.

Just don't care for having stuff in my ears all day long.

I dunno, I think kind of like it. lol I never did it all the years I worked at the range, but I did metal fabrication for a spell and would wear them all day. At night I'd be watching TV, trying to figure out why I had to turn the volume up so high.
