Good weekend gone bad.

I got quite a lot done this weekend habitat wise. Mowed, planted a couple alfalfa/oats strips and then this. Just have to roll with it, I knew the tires on this tractor would need replacing when I bought it 2yrs ago but I hoped they would last a bit longer.

Can you tube it to buy some more time?

That sucks. At least you got a bunch of work done first.

If the other tire is in the same shape I would put them both on new and turn them around forward.

You might be able to find some used tires that woulnt be too expensive. A used tire shop, Craigs List or a WTB may get it done??

I hate tire problems they always happen when you're busy and always take Longer than expected to fix.

A flat tire is half a day. Minimum.

I'm starting to get enough tire changing bars, that I have it down to 1/3 of a day :)

That's the game plan, get the tractor back up to the house and get the otherside done.

That's the first thing I did yesterday, nothing in that size.

Got the tire off this morning and took it into get a new one put one. Called several places and no one had a tire in my size so they had to order one, $425.

I would have considered it a blessing. That tread facing backwards would have bugged the crap out of me!

New tire today and we're back in business, going to put a new one on the other side also and yes it's facing forward. Working some OT this month and I thought I was going to get ahead some but it always something, $900 worth of tires.

I forgot that this camera was there, apparently they don't care if a tractor is out in their plot. This is where the tire blew.
