Thanks scott & homegrown! I'm feeling better about this now. Our definitions of success aren't the same, as I'd consider both of your efforts in switch a success and very similar to what I have in the screen I added it to. I expected it to be stunted and not as thick as when planted alone. Frankly, I was surprised it did as well as it did in established switch. I'm hoping it does a smidge better when both are planted the same year, as the MG takes off faster in year 1 than switch, big blue and indian. I can't confirm that yet, though.
