Fruit Tree Spikes

sandbur

5 year old buck +
When I use fruit tree spikes, I see about a 5 foot circle of extremely green and lush grass.
Has anyone used them in a small remote foodplot as fertilizer? I could see this as benefit at 20 yards from a bow stand or a way to grow a few turnips or good rye/oats hot spot in a bigger field.

you would not have to return and refertllize as the small spikes are supposed to last 60 days. Maybe longer for the bigger spikes.

I have never thought of that before but aren't they usually like 10-10-10? I have a TON laying around and may have to do a little test this fall.
