Frost seed or replant in August?

I have a clover plot that I frost seeded into WR 3 springs ago. It came up great but I have been lazy not spraying it at all. Grass has started to take over the plot. I was going to frost seed more clover into it this weekend and spray cleth after green up. Looking at it some spots look like mostly grass now so now I'm wondering if it would be a better idea to skip the frost seeding and start the plot over in August with a kill/replant of clover WR nurse.

1st, make sure it's grass and not sedge.
You could do a spray, throw and mow and plant buckwheat when conditions are right, and then replant in late summer.
Lots of things to consider...
Where are you?
What soil conditions or other weeds are you dealing with?
What equipment do you have?
