lol well ironically he’s pretty much the only deer worth a darn I had post rifle season and he broke his other side in October. I’ve had him on camera for the last two years but never laid eyes on him. I knew he was nice but his mass was way better than I expected.Didn’t get skunked you say as you casually hold a GIANT shed…

Man.... I've found ONE shed antler in my life! And it was so critter chewed you can barely till what it was. With the low deer numbers that's not exactly surprising.

I would be super excited about that dear for next year. Kickers and heavy mass are great signs. I bet you wish you found the right side first.
I wonder what buck broke him off? In my somewhat limited experience, the bucks who break a bunch of points or a whole side early will tend to always do that. I'd do what I could to get him early. Beans in a fenced in plot that opens up a week before the season opens type of scenario.
