it depends on the camera model, J or G will be higher resolution than the L but all the saved images will be better than the transmitted image, either way it will be saved on the card if you dont clear it .

pull the batteries and external power, let screen die, power up , do a reset in tests , then reset link settings and see if you can get a link level, also change out the sd card if these steps dont work

Still nothing. This while standing beside "home". The other camera that's 400 yards away in the woods has a link level of 80.

this is a new L series? its very rare to not get a link level if firmwares match , you can pm me and ill get you my number to walk thru the settings and make sure you arent missing something , but you will need the camera and another one set as the home to test it . otherwise i think you will need to send it back

Yes, new L, bought about a month ago. I bought 2 homes and 4 cameras. This 1 worked for about 2 weeks.

ir filter is stuck, run a filter test in tests , if that doesnt fix it it does need ot be sent in, this has nothing to do with your fresnel lens

yes you can tap the side a bit to see if it breaks loose but it likely needs to go in.

45-60 days on 4d's alone , they go years on solar, if you can find a sun /shade pw-003 solar that is best in tree cover, we are sold out right now and not many left at dealers , more coming in December.

John, can you hone in on the date the PW-003’s will be available? Any dealers you know of that will take a preorder? I don’t want to miss out.

i dont have a definite date yet the hope was going to be December, when they get them, there will be plenty of them, they wont sell out that fast.

I did that the last time I brought it to the house. Seemed to work properly for a few pictures then went back to giving me the pink photos. I will call Cuddeback one of these days to see about sending it in.
