Cuddelink L series Q & A

In order to post pics on this site....I now need to e-mail them to myself with a jpeg tag...then I can download them .....and finally can post them here. Lotsa work. I will experiment via the methods above. Thanks!
 
Try putting two browser tabs side by side. Set one to Camp and one to HT. You may be able to click and drag the pics from Camp into th HT text editor.
 
My K series home camera died after 10 years, and I replaced it with a L series. After setting up the new home camera and making a few calls to customer service I can send a test. After putting the camera out, I received one batch of pictures and then nothing. I went back to the farm Saturday and checked and did another test. I got error codes 234, 201, and 209. I had 3 bars LTE on my phone, and this is the same place my K series home camera was located. I brought the camera home, and it now sends the test pic but still not sending batch pics. Do the L series home cameras not have the same coverage as the K series does. How do I swap the carrier to AT&T to see if that works?

Are they all running the same firmware version? Get a report after you put the new home in the network?
 
I updated the F/W on the L series and G series. I still haven’t received a daily report.

I'd suspect a memory card issue, but call Cuddeback to confirm.
 
check your spam mail for the reports if you're using gmail to see the pics. On the cuddeback app, there's some more report info, are you getting those? don't know about those codes, need cuddeback support for that, but, Grizzz is right, memory cards seem to be cuddebacks kyptonite.
 
What is my issue and how do I fix it? I Could see my photos on the Cuddeback app until this morning. You can see that it says there are pictures but found is “zero” . I turned on all the tabs on in the filters section that seem relevant, but still can’t view any. I can see them just fine on my laptop if I log into camp.
