I've gotten accustomed to keeping the receipts on things like this, because I know how easily we forget. On the biolabs, the testimony of Nuland first denying there were biolabs made headlines. Then she said they were defensive weapons, and then she just admitted, they were offensive bioweapons labs.Russia invaded a sovereign country which is the first such invasion in Europe since WW2. “Zionist backed Nazi’s?” Zionists don’t “back Nazis”. They throw a hood over their heads, throw them in a white van and then put them on trial. Or they kill them. Zelenski (I never know how to spell that) is Jewish and lost relatives in the Holocaust so there’s that.
Ah, but it is. And Polands problem and Finlands problem and even those Germans who used to like to invade other countries. Because if war breaks out in Eastern Europe eventually we will have to act. Y’know, fighting evil, communism, defending our largest trading partner, stuff like that. Putin wants Ukraine. He wants ALL of Ukraine. And every former Soviet state. That is what he wants. The old KGB officer wants to put the Soviet Union back together.
Oh the bioweapons lab. Sounds scary except the Russians are the main ones who like to use Chem/bio. The good news is they MOSTLY liked to use it on their own dissidents and former spies who defected. The Brits don’t care for that much since so much of it happens in Londongrad. Pure Russian disinformation. And nice guys- Novachok is a slow, painful way to die. Plus- the bioweapons claim is Russian propoganda and was completely disproven.
This is also debunked. I have met a lot of Ukrainians. They all speak Ukrainian and Russian. I never know if I’m talking to a Ukrainian or a Russian pretending to be a Ukrainian. Of course, you glossed over the part here Russians killed Ukrainians and relocated Russians to this region in the Soviet years. Nice guys, those Soviets.
He was a Putin puppet. There were protests by the Ukrainian people and he was run out of town. Well actually he was voted out because Ukraine is a democracy. We like democracies. So much we start wars over it.
Neville Chamberlin is in da house.
Also- The Russians are assisting the goddamn IRGC with targeting Americans in the ME. I’m starting to think they don’t want peace in Europe or the Middle East, lol. Nuclear powers cant fight each other. Too much chance of escalation. Thats where all this proxy bs started. I guess thats why Biden took such a Lilly livered approach in Ukraine which we will all live to regret. It’s damn complicated.
Yes. Man, I don’t know what it is. We might be past it but they didn’t ask me. I’m damn worried. This is pretty bold. I hope it turns out well.
Yep I prob went too far on that- kinda got on a roll there.I also do not take kindly to being called Neville Chamberlain.
If we don't know where it is, do we even know for certain that it exists?Pickaxe mountain. We didn’t bunker bust it last summer. Too deep. This is speculation, no one knows.
Finally some good news. Pezeshkian seems to see the writing on the wall. I'm praying like hell he can hang onto power and steer Iran in the right direction. I wouldn't be surprised if he's using back channels to talk to the US and Israel about clearing the way for him to take more authority. He seems like Iran's best chance to end the war quickly and get them on the right path.
The internal power battle could get pretty serious pretty quick if the public pressure rises.
Holy cow, Trump is on a roll. If he's right, and Cuba wants to abandon communism, they could be brought into the fold and join the North American economic bloc. They're dirt poor and unskilled, so a trade agreement could be a reality, as well as a complete extinguishing of Chinese and Russian influence in the region.
My daughter was there for 3 weeks for study abroad and she couldn't believe the poverty. You didn't tip with money as there was nothing for the locals to buy. They tipped with toothpaste, pairs of socks etc.
One of the hotel hall stewards was a Dr., but couldn't make a living wage doing that, so worked as a steward at the hotel things he couldn't buy.
I had thought about going when we were able to travel there, but we already had vacations planned, and then Covid hit. I am hoping that we didn’t miss our window to travel to Cuba, because I would really like to go there someday.
